Press Coverage, or There's No Such Thing as Bad Publicity
Sunday, 13 July 2008
The local paper, affectionately referred to as the Atlanta Urninal and Constipation , ran this today about my musical efforts:

They do a regular feature in each Sunday's Business section called "Not On The Resume" -- came out OK, albeit very brief. But when it comes to press, every little bit of press helps; good or bad, it gets the word out.

BTW, I live in Ohio, and the local paper is not very informative. If you've not from Ohio, or Ohio State U., the paper doesn't mention you. ER

The tone of the first part was sure a downer, but again with the way news tends to be written ("we have to find a tragic angle/way to scare people/whatever else on this story!") Sadly, they didn't include a link so people could find your music... let the listeners decide for themselves. I for one, liked your RPM work this year!

4 As Fox News says Written by Oz Squared , on 07-31-2008 23:26 Fair and balanced. I don't think it was negative at all. It was more a human interest piece than a review of the music. I'm sure it piqued some of the readers interest enough to actually google RPM and look up Broken Promise Keeper. My wife is a journalist and I've read enough of her copy to see that it was a positive piece. Way to Go!!! Oz
