But, it's just as much fun to write a bad song. Sometimes I don't know it's a bad song until days or weeks later.

I remember the Pixies very well, being just north of Boston...

Kim has this conundrum approach to song writing, and life in general. She doesn't care at all about what anyone thinks of her music, but at the same time cares deeply about how the songs come out. She is writing for herself, but also for others in very odd way.

It's a challenge, no pun intended.
