I went to Newark, Delaware to play a show for my friends, to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and to go to my friend Nur's wedding.

My first real show went ok, it was really difficult to hear the backing tracks out of the sound system and the other bands did not seem interested in hearing me, but at least my friends stayed the whole time. I played for about 50 minutes, but at the end I thought I wasn't that good. I don't know, I think I might just be better cut out for recording music for now until I move out of my apartment because my neighbors complain whenever I turn the amp on (without using the direct out) and without practice actually singing and playing at the same time, one tends to suck.

That is not to say I didn't have a good time this weekend. The whole experience was just really weird.
