So I overcame my headache and nausea and have now finished tracking for all 10 songs. Now comes the tedious part. Normalising all parts and cutting and pasting takes to get the best result. Then mixing (listening on my Sennheisers, earbuds, iPod and main stereo to make sure everything is balanced on all hardware). And finally breaking out Ozone for mastering.
Then all I've got to do after that is decide on an album title, decide the order of the songs, design the artwork and finally get it printed, burnt and posted.
Phew, even with 10 songs tracked it still seems like an awful lot of work in front of me...
