i went home at lunch today feeling like absolute hell, which for someone who never gets sick, is not a good thing.  i slept til 4 and woke up not feeling much better, but i went down into the basement and trudged through 8 of the 12 ideas before it was time to go out for dinner.  i don't know if i should post them until i listen to them first, but i may already have to make some changes to structures before next weekends drumfest.

now, back to bed, ow all over.
