I've been pleasantly surprised by the amount of cameraderie (sp) that I've seen over at this site's BBSs - no pissin', no dissin', just some light teasing over who finished what song (or what album) first, comparing equipment notes and the like. I've had my share of flame wars in my day (even participated in a few, I'm ashamed to say). It's just nice to see folks get along in a (non)competitive environment.
And how am I doing?
I've got lyrics. Lots and lots of them. I'm not putting any music to them until February 1. I'm taking my time too. Here's my self-proposed time table (whether I'll keep it or not is anyone's guess, but I'll do my best).
Feb 1-15, composing and recording
Feb 15-20, master (possibly remix) the songs
Feb 21-22 - do art work
Feb 23 - send the CD off
