Where'd everybody go?

I guess it's normal that, after the challenge is over, and the songs are posted, that traffic on the site diminishes significantly, but, as I write this blog entry, there are only 2 other artists signed onto the site.

One of the things I like the best about this site is the regular interaction between people. Whether it's the discussion board or the blog entries, I like signing on every day and reading and listening while I slog through yet another work day. And, at home, when I get a free moment, I'll log on and read more and listen more.

Let's not be that kind of crowd that forgets about each other. I've had fun trading CDs and messages and all, so let's not be strangers.

We to have noticed the diminishing interest. We log on at least once a day and listen and read what's going on. Our wish is that all of us will continue to keep each other pumped up!

to check often....

hard thing is that between, my space page, the virb one, my other band's web page and its myspace page, and now workign on loading stuff on Fast.fm....
well....things kinda get complicated, there are only so many hours in one day!!

but I am always checking things here...
it's like a HQ sort of place...
we're special and we belong here..

But I'm not one to start a lot of conversations. I'm kind of sick of the internet in general at the moment. This too shall pass...I guess.

Still here but just busy as hell at work. And got a new low A# stick that is by far the hardest to play I have ever encounter but oh the vocals are so so sweet that it's worth learning. Been busy with it whenever I can.

I think the fact that it's taking SO long to get the music up is part of it.

Look RPM folks there's lots of volunteers here that will help. If there's anything we can do, let us know!

I try to come in at least once a day or so. But I haven't had much to say, lately. Been sick for the last week or so, and that makes me even less social than I normally am. But yeah, I hope people stick around. I like this site and all of you guys.

I try to stop by a couple of times a day to read some blogs and have a listen to the juke box, it's almost become a ritual now :-)

I'm still checking in, too, though I haven't logged in for a few days. The weather here has been amazing - this is ireland and we have to enjoy whatever sun we get.

This last couple of days Ive been opening up a little beach head into last.fm, too

I'm checking here once a day or so as well. Not much else to do here in the northeast USA. Unlike Ireland, it has been raining and unseasonably cold for a week straight. I still have much to be thankful for but it'd be nice to play some guitar outdoors.

I'm in the northeast US asell, in the RPM home state of New Hampshire in fact. We just got power restored yesterday afternoon. It was a long week.

Anyway, I still look in over here at least once a day, in hopes that the full jukebox will be up. I wanna hear the rest of that Road Cases album. :)

It's all about community...it seems there are a lot of familiar names here...we might be the ones to hold things together...we agree that this is kind of a meeting place..like a railstation....a common place we can run into each other...lets keep up the foot traffic....
we also feel the strain of thier being so many place on the internet that you can upload songs and hear new music...just brilliant...but at the same time it can be tiresome and timeconsuming to spend so much time surfing....all be it...we feel that there is a core group here...one perhaps that can make something bigger happen....
