Our CD is done. Yeah! 11 tracks, totalling almost 58 minutes. It's called Le Printemps, and the process has been very inspirational to us all...

So, what's the story behind the CD? Well... the artists on the CD are from an electronic musician community website called AMPFEA.org, and all are subscribers to the general-purpose music-bar mailing list. When the RPM Challenge link was dropped by one of us, we took the opportunity to get together and get an album out.

We picked a theme 'spring', and a general guideline for the participants 'danceable', and got to work. Those participating uploaded their work-in-progress tracks, asked for feedback, and improved their work. With usually a very low signal/noise ratio, it was quite refreshing to see so many music-related topics pass the list, and because of the awesome result (do check it out!), we will keep on going with the idea of 'one album a month'!
