A few of you have asked what you can do to help--and the answer is, quite a
lot. We really want the whole world to know about RPM--we want to let as many
bands as possible know about signing up, and then we want to let as many
civilians as possible know to come and read about your progress, and then
listen to your music. Learn more here. |

An online music player fully loaded with all 850-plus
completed RPM albums—more than 8,000 songs! All of the 2008 completed albums
may be put up in the jukebox on the website, if you so choose, so people can
check it out; conversely, if you'd rather not share your work with the public,
then no one needs to hear it but us. Listen here. |

You do. Your music is your own, to do with as
you please. Artists retain all rights to their music, we ask only to be able to
put the finished music up in the RPM Jukebox to stream so that everyone can
enjoy it. |

Dang! I just found out about the RPM Challenge, but it's after February 1 - I bet it's too late to sign up? No, no, of course it isn't! So you've lost a couple of minutes, a handful of hours, a few days, that's no reason not to come on board. There's still the better part of February in front of you, plenty of time to write and record one album. In fact, just think of it as a slightly tougher challenge and you'll have that much more to be proud of when you've got 10 new songs under your belt at the end of the month. Remember, there's only one deadline for the RPM Challenge, that's March 1 - the day your album must be postmarked and mailed to the RPM Headquarters. Clock is ticking so don't waste another minute, ok? To register, click here. |

Of
course we want to have a party when all this is over! On Friday, March 28, 2008, there will be multiple audio/video channels on the site simultaneously streaming music from every single completed project, so that we can all hear what everyone else has done. The exact number of channels and duration are going to depend on the number of finished CDs that we receive, but whatever we end up at will loop for 24 hours for the convenience of every time zone. Watch this space for more details! |
