Record for Darfur - 2008/01/28 08:11
Hi everbody,
Just wanted to share my thoughts with you all. I know that every one of us has their own particular reason for participating in RPM. For me, I want there to be some more meaning behind it, some more motivation. Some people do walk-a-thons, so I'm doing a record-a-thon; the Record for Dafur. I'm getting friends and family to donate to the Save Darfur Coalition (http://www.savedarfur.org ). Something like a dollar per song, or anything like that. I'm just curious if any fellow musicians have any similar ideas. There are quite a few good charities out there, and it is great motivation to get the project done! Only 3 days until kickoff!
