Sign up busted for returning artists? - 2008/01/18 20:51 I'm trying to sign up again while logged in, and it's not working, saying:

"You are not authorised to view this resource."

Just a heads up that it seems broken - at least for returning artists?

Click on "my profile" or the "Edit" button and check the check box labeled
"Check here to sign up for Feb 08"

Re:Sign up busted for returning artists? - 2008/01/18 20:57 not sure about the erro rmessge but for returning artists. Log-in, then click on "your Details" under your login pic.

Then go to Edit / Update your Profile
and check teh little box that says
Check here to sign up for RPM 2008

and you're in Man!

Re:Sign up busted for returning artists? - 2008/01/19 00:02 The "You are not authorised to view this resource" error message was due a temporary problem which, as far as we know, only occurred for about 2 hours on Thursday afternoon, Jan. 17. Hopefully no one is currently having this problem -- if so, let us know at info@rpmchallenge.com!

However but the "you are not authorised..." message is still in effect on the sign-up page?

So it's not a problem for me any more as I've signed up, but I think there's still some kind of bug with the site.

And you WERE able to sign up, as a returning artist, using the "2008" checkbox (which is the correct method!), then when you say "However but the "you are not authorised..." message is still in effect on the sign-up page?

If you signed up ok, outside of the 2-hour window when it was broken on 1/17, then when & how did you see the error messgae which makes you think that returning artists are not able to sign up?

Just want to make sure we're not missing something!
