All checked in & time to celebrate! - 2007/03/12 19:27
We have just now finished checking in all the CDs we've received -- more than 850!! So if you sent your CD by the deadline but it still doesn't show up on the site, send us an e-mail to let us know and we'll try to sort it out.
If you've sent us an e-mail in the past week looking for your CD, check the site again now and then contact us if it's still not showing up.
Don't forget to look at the list of listening parties (Main Menu/Listening Parties) and see if there's one near you; if so, make sure you sign up so they know you're coming!
Part of our philosophy of the listening parties is to play one track from every single completed CD; but, since that's about 50 hours of music, they won't all be played at every location, so the playlists for a particular location's listening party will be partly based on who is attending -- so sign up!
Online streams of audio and video will be available for everyone to enjoy, whether you're able to attend a specific listening party or not, but particular locations will have particular playlists. It's also a great way to meet other RPMers, share your experiences and scheme!
And if you're within traveling distance of Portsmouth, NH, consider joining us here -- we'll start at the 900-seat Music Hall at 6:30 pm, then fan out to simultaneous listening parties all around town (but within walking distance!). If you're coming from out of town especiallly, sign up so we know you're coming!
