CAn't Login to Jukebox 08 - 2008/04/07 17:31 I can't login into the Jukebox.

I get the "More then one record" CRC error. I'd really like to upload my artwork.

I tried the "Contact the Jukebox Team" link but it apparently doesn't work for me.

Not sure if this is an account issue or the Linux issue again here..

Please email Ken.. I'll dig around and see if there are multiple accounts - but as your password is encrypted.. I cannot test your login.

The User/Pass of the Jukebox - though the same as this website - IS CASE SENSITIVE - so be sure that isn't the issue..

Anyhow.. I'll go check out the accounts in a bit here..

Ok.. so I'm revising my response to my reply here...

MICK - you actually DO have two user accounts... but only one band record..

Not sure what happened.. maybe it's because you made an account..

I'm deleting your MOST RECENT account... so.. go back to using the Username/Pass with CASE SENSETIVITY in mind - that you use for THIS website.
