Re:Male Vocals Needed - Not Necessairly Good Ones - 2008/02/05 17:10
Right here. I made two different files. One has the vocal cues counting down to the pitch change. THese files are the -cue files. The others don't have the vocal cues and you'll just have to learn the song (not easy).
You goal once you're over the initial outburst of laughter at my singing. 1) HEY-YOU-HADDA with a bit of punch on the HEY and YOU. 2) It's LONG. Take a break and breath anytime by skipping one whole HEY-YOU-HADDA (you professionals probably don't have to do that like us hacks). 3) Two tracks if you want. 4) No effects such as reverb, chorus, and you shouldn't have to compress unless your setup requires it 5) Don't worry about what you sound like as long as you are on pitch there will be so many others, no one will know. 6) Have some fun with it 7) The pitch changes here and there, mainly in the middle, use the cues. Don't worry, a synth part will add a lot of variation that it is a tribal chant and the chanting is the most important.

I would suggest the cue files. They are much easier.
FLACs Gaia reference with Cues http://www.sharebigfile.com/en/file/6737/gaia-cue-flac.html Gaia reference http://www.sharebigfile.com/en/file/6740/gaia-flac.html
MP3s Gaia reference with cues http://www.sharebigfile.com/en/file/6738/gaia-cue-mp3.html Gaia reference http://www.sharebigfile.com/en/file/6739/gaia-mp3.html
Send me the files as FLAC or WAV through yousendit, sendbifgiles, or sharebigfiles, etc. Whatever works.
Thanks tons. It's going to be a great song. Synth, didj, and the female vocal lead to follow.
And if this is TOO weird, I understand.
