Looking for royalty-free samples - 2008/01/30 00:15 The gist of my blog post:

I would very much like some samples of any kind of strings, horns, drums and keys. Vocalists are very welcome too. Come to think of it... I could use all the help I can get in this area.
I'm sure other electronic music artists are having this issue too. Should we perhaps create a 'sample pool'?

Re:Looking for royalty-free samples - 2008/01/30 01:31 Go to freesound and you will find more samples than you can shake a stick at.

We had one of these last year. It got put up by RPM HQ in early Feb. I know I put up some drum loops for people to download. I wonder if they are going to do it again this year.

Can the moderator chime in here?

Thanks,

Gary

Re:Looking for royalty-free samples - 2008/01/30 02:08 Freesound is awesome. Google 'Freesound' to find it.

It came in handy with my last RPM album..
