Under the "File" menu in Firefox, at the bottom you'll see an item for "Import" - that'll do the trick. 
And if nothing else, have both open, then copy & paste from one to the other. Not very zoomy. but that's the only selective way I know to do it - otherwise you'll end up importing all of your Safari bookmarks into Firefox. (Shouldn't make too much of a difference.)
