I get where you're coming from with the kraftwerk thing, but it's too fast and they didn't really use realistic drum samples. You want to stick with the synth stuff for that.
The speech synth is really pedestrian, no offense. Maybe it's because I'm an FL user (not sure if you are) but I'm tired of hearing that thing. That might not apply to people without that prejudice.
I think you did overdo the speech synth in that you left it really raw. I'd kitchen-sink that thing if I put it in a track, but my stuff lends itself to a lot of chopping and FX.
Personally I want to hear more emphasis on the rhythmic synths and less on the vox. Maybe some different drum samples.
There's something here though, it's got a definite interesting vibe to it.
