New breaks track version, need help with ending - 2008/02/10 16:30 Hey guys, I am pretty happy with this, but I feel like as it trails off at the end (it's going to transition into the next track so I think it's OK not to have a finale) it gets a little shaky.

Also I realize that the main groove that drops at 2:42 is not EQ'd remotely right and I'm gonna fix that.

Just looking for ideas on what the ending needs.

TIA everyone

Re:New breaks track version, need help with ending - 2008/02/10 18:42 Yeah, I don't think you need to worry about the ending, especially if it's going to transition into the next track.... I was interested in the progression throughout, and I like that at the end I'm allowed to listen to a few of the pieces as more "solo" element, where they are somewhat buried in the total instrumentation.

But that's me.. I love layers.
