Portsmouth is proud to be home to RPM Global HQ (we actually run it out of the little hut pictured at right). Begun in 2006 as a community artistic challenge issued by The Wire, the area's arts & culture alt-weekly, the RPM Challenge was so much fun that we decided to bring it to the rest of the world, too, and the result has been even MORE fun!

The Scope is an alternative newsweekly in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada, and we're here to encourage bands and musicians in our area. Bring the noise!
