Clares Club

About

Description:

Clare's Club use cheap effects pedals and guitars to craft lo-fi songs of high emotional intensity and bad musicianship. In 2008, we'll try to sound like Fairport Convention, and channel the power of the English countryside, moving you with the spirit of the earth. Clare's Club are thirty-somethings who live in England, and record everything in a front room of a house overlooking the Thames. We'll produce 10 songs (maybe 12 if they all come off), using an acoustic guitar and bells and harmonica - with perhaps the odd telecaster overdub where required.
