I plan to make a stripped down acoustic psychedelic country pop album with short weird and catchy songs down in my basement studio. I will work mainly with quiet instrumentation and during late evenings and nights so I won't disturb my 1 year old daughter. My friend Larry Mason (who talked me into this project) and I have given each other ten one-word song titles to write songs to, which will make it even more interesting. Mine are: Roadtrip, Harp, Torrent, Cloak, Naďve, Punished, Marble, Fetish, Stunned, and Seasick. I won't start writing until February though. |
