Tommy "Two-Mics", Who's that? Well let's see. I've been recording local bands for a few years now, and after I recorded StageCoach Dick, the alter-ego of the band Shuttle Cock now known as The Frosting, at The Press Room, Nate or should I say Dick, gave me the nickname tommy two-mics and it stuck. Now I'm known as tommy two-mics through out the world, or at least the tri-city area.

Last year I recorded The Frosting's February Sprinkles for the RPM Challenge. It was done live but not in the typical two mic fashion. We mic'd the drums and vocals and had direct ins for the bass and guitar. The whole thing was mixed down in real time and recorded in stereo with only a little bit of mastering done afterwards.

I'll be recording them again this year only it will be their alter ego Stagecoach Dick. I'm hoping to be able to multi-track it this time, I just need to work out the software issues. I may even record some of my own material. I have no idea how it will sound, it will probably include acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, and keyboards, none of which am I very good at.
