We, The Tasteful Nudes, are a 4 (sometimes 5) piece instrumental rock
band with tendencies toward the noisy and melodious. After spending 13
months putting the finishing touches on our second record, it seemed
that the best way to get the wheels spinning again would be time
constraint writing. Because of our circumstances our window of
opportunity in February is condensed to one weekend during which the
entire creative process must to take place. All material for this
project will be improvised, analyzed, refined and recorded in the space
of three days.

Album Description:
After spending 13 months putting the finishing touches on our second record, The Soul of the New Machines, it seemed that the best way to get the wheels spinning again would be to engage in some time constraint writing. Because of our circumstances our window of opportunity in February was condensed to one weekend during which the entire creative process took place. "Disguise the Limit" precipitated almost instantaneously; songs were improvised, galvanized and re-recorded with few, if any, retakes. This album isn't so much a departure from, as much as an extreme expedition of our normal method. But this does mark our first vocal performance on record so keep your ears perked. If you enjoy this please listen to our other new album, "The Soul of the New Machines".

Band Bio:
When the apocalypse comes, go to the beach. With an ear to the surf, an eye on the darkening horizon, and a sweaty hand on a battered guitar, The Tasteful Nudes will be there, impervious to airborne debris, kicking out the jams until the red lightning comes. No really. We're not a metal band. We do like our music loud, though. We're instrumental, but that's only because we were born without mouths. God damn we're hungry. YOU WILL RECEIVE: hopeful melodies, copious shuddering noise, danceable hooks, moderate arousal, slow-jams, and five healthy kittens. Bring your earplugs. We won't. What?
