created for the 2008 rpm challenge, missouri malaise is wrinkle city singles club's somewhat accidental debut. with the lack of an in house vocalist, wrinkle city issued a karaoke challenge. thanks to the brave souls who lent their voices to this project.

anthony armstrong was a member of the dollar canon and has worked with short story record co., vera lena, and the birdwatcher. wrinkle city singles club has been his fake 'band' for about a year. it's nice to have music to go alone with the notion of a 'band'.
