I play old-time (frailing) banjo, and a bit of accordion. I'm using a desktop microphone (Snowball - Blue) and Cakewalk to record my tracks. So, it's a rough setup for some rough music.

I've no idea what direction this "album" will take, I'm just letting February take me where it takes me.

Album Description:	The Longest Month is a collection of folk standards, instrumentals, and a few original tracks. Recorded using a desktop microphone, I tried to capture that weird blend of banjo and accordion that I love so much. Even with the light locomotion of frailing banjo, it was difficult to avoid the dark moods that are a reflection of the most dismal and depressing month in Cleveland. Even the upbeat children's-like tunes have vitriol sprinkled in. When my creativity ran dry, I flipped on the mic and rounded off the album with folk standards with as much honesty as I could muster. At the very least, I've set the standard for my work next year.
