Usually a three piece this a solo project by Rishi, but still with the Karmadillo name. The sounds of the South American charango still feature promininently but due to being in a different countries the bass is being recorded by him and due to a lack of instruments any bass that does feature is actually an acoustic guitar pitchshifted down. There are drum tracks and even one badly played piano track as well! Rishi is taking the Karmadillo name to the US this Feb playing on tour and visiting friends. The album title is therefore American Ode-essy and is a tribute to people and experiences in the U S of A he's met on his travels. |
