My project, tentatively titled "Everyman" will be a collection of introspective original acoustic songs that I will write in an effort to describe my feelings, fears and excitement about branching out on my own again, both musically (as I have always previously been in a band setting) and emotionally. Having been a musician for over 20 years, I have always been inspired to write material based on real life experiences, particularly my own, but also told as a story, in an effort to connect with as many listeners as possible. I have recently been playing at the Blue Mermaid open mike nights to get back out on my own and start to hone my singer/songwriter skills again in a live setting. So far it has been fantastic and well received. Looking forward to this opportunity and I hope you enjoy my work! |
