This album ended up being influenced by rock, punk, reggae, country, and new age without really falling into any of these genres wholesale. Lyrically, it is influenced by a bit of what I'm going through personally, as well as in terms of the Northeastern US winters. |

| Band Bio: |
I currently play bass in a band called Screenshots and Robots, in addition to writing/recording music as a solo artist under "Banu Flies".
Banu was the name of my grandmother who taught Baha'i children's classes in Iran under threat of severe persecution. She serves as a constant influence in my life and art, so this name serves to bear witness to this fact. |
