Jam Club gets together and just... jams. There is usually little discussion, maybe a chord center, then we play and see where it goes. Jam Club is open to all students who wish to attend, but this year experienced dwindling membership mostly due to a lack of focus and/or understanding of the process among the attendees. As a result, this is a stripped-down version.
Michael (www.myspace.com/mallardsmusic) has been a member of Birds In The Rain, as well as producing his own singer/songwriter material as "Mallard." Currently he and Zac have formed Cantonese Traffic.
Zac (www.zacarnault.com) is the busiest man in show business now that James Brown has left the building. In addition to his own solo project for this year's challenge and the aforementioned Cantonese Traffic, Zac has been producing discs for others, as well as lending his bass and vocals to various projects, most notably Revolutrio.
Mr. Keith (www.thomkeith.com) hid in the background this year, only taking part in 3 projects. A fourth was a victim of technology, but may lead to a commercial release. He is currently a member of Equal Time and Camera 4, and is the co-founder of Avant Coast (www.avantcoast.com). |
