This is the first time I've done anything like this.  The last songs I wrote were around 2-3 years ago and since then it's been a constant battle between time, energy, and inspiration to write anything worth recording.  I'm hoping this challenge (and FAWM) stimulate me and challenge me to start a project and see through it until the end.

My main influences range just about the full gamut - I listen to a cappella, classical, rock, metal, progressive rock/metal, jazz, blues, rap/hip hop, children's music, folk, country...I don't know how many of those influences will wind up hitting me but I am expecting a variety (or maybe not).  I really don't know what to expect out of this.
