A collection of acoustic and electric original tunes – some fall under the “alt country” rubric (I guess) but they’re all basically just some tunes written in the last couple of years and really the only thing they have in common (probably) is their slightly depressing outlook on life - but I think there's a little bit of hope thrown in as a leavening agent. Recorded at home on my little digital 16-track recorder using some crumby guitars and effects. Some times I play these tunes "live" - not much lately as it's too cold out! Enjoy! Don Nelson
