Year 2 for me, my ongoing solo music project, and looking more and more like my only musical project.  i finished another CD in a month and this year wrote 12 brand spanking new tunes for the contest. 

 the CD is a concept, consisting of  12 songs, starting in the key of "a" at 60 bpm going up 1/2 a step and 10 bpm until reaching "Eb" (120) then going back down the other way ending on "Ab" (70). it was a conceptual but the songs turned out rather well. i hope that you listen to the CD and feel like it's moving you somewhere

last year i used all drum loops and an accoustic guitar with effects, this year i recorded with a fender jaguar & epiphone semi-hollowbody through a silvertone 1460 twin 12.  i also utilized a 4 and 5 string fender jazz bass through a baby-blue-amp.  most keyboard sounds are directly from garageband though i did also use a kurzweil K2000 on the song "come".  i started out using an emac 700, but had to switch to my intel IMAC after all initial tracks were laid.  the accoustic guitar makes a few guest appearances on some songs, but as an accoustic guitar and not an electric.  i also recorded all the drums live at the Samuel J. Churchhill Army Reserve Center in lawrence KS.  I think it was a Yamaha Kit with Zillijin Cymbals.
